Please read this carefully.These terms govern your access to and use of Flow Batch Studio, including connected AI and YouTube features.
01

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flow Batch Studio (“Flow Batch Studio,” “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the Studio, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

02

What Flow Batch Studio provides

Flow Batch Studio is a production operating system for YouTube creators. It connects production stages such as idea development, research, scripting, creative direction, scene planning, media generation, audio, rendering, subtitles, thumbnails, and YouTube packaging or publishing.

Some features depend on third-party providers, APIs, models, infrastructure, quotas, availability, or credentials. A feature shown in the interface may be unavailable, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued when a required provider is unavailable or its terms change.

03

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity occurring through your account. Do not share your credentials or allow unauthorized people to access your account.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate abuse, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation of these Terms.

04

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flow Batch Studio to:

05

Prohibited conduct

  • break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate unlawful activity;
  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights;
  • upload malware, destructive code, credentials, or material designed to compromise systems;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, provider restrictions, or usage limits;
  • use automated access in a way that unreasonably burdens the Service or interferes with other users;
  • use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rules of a connected platform;
  • misrepresent your identity or authorization to access a Google, YouTube, AI, or other third-party account;
  • use another person's private information without an appropriate lawful basis or permission; or
  • use Flow Batch Studio to develop or operate systems intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or cause unlawful harm.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users and the Service.

06

Your content and project ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Flow Batch Studio, subject to rights you grant to third-party providers when you choose to use their services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for material you upload or process.

You grant Flow Batch Studio a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, and process your content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide requested features, maintain security, and perform the actions you instruct the Service to perform.

Account-owned project context, creative styles, prompts, assets, and production history are intended to remain associated with your account. We do not claim ownership of your project content merely because you store or process it through the Service.

07

AI-generated output

Flow Batch Studio can use third-party AI and media-generation systems. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, unexpected, or similar to material generated for another user. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication or other use.

You should not treat generated research, facts, scripts, images, video, audio, or recommendations as automatically accurate or legally cleared. Verify important claims, licenses, likeness rights, music rights, trademarks, and platform requirements before publishing.

Whether you own or may commercially use a particular AI-generated output can depend on the applicable provider's terms, model, jurisdiction, and the input material. You are responsible for checking those terms for the provider you use.

08

Google and YouTube integrations

If you connect Google or YouTube, you authorize Flow Batch Studio to perform only the actions covered by the permissions you approve. These actions can include identifying your account, connecting a channel, retrieving channel or analytics information, preparing publishing metadata, and uploading or publishing videos that you instruct the Service to publish.

You remain responsible for complying with Google's and YouTube's applicable terms, policies, community rules, copyright requirements, monetization rules, and API policies. Flow Batch Studio does not guarantee that YouTube will accept, recommend, monetize, or maintain any content or channel.

You can disconnect or revoke access at any time. Third-party platform changes can cause an integration to stop working without advance notice.

09

Third-party providers

Some Service features are performed by third-party providers, including AI/model, media, storage, email, authentication, hosting, and publishing services. Your use of those features may therefore be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

Flow Batch Studio is not responsible for a third-party provider's independent outage, policy change, content decision, pricing change, data-processing practice, model behavior, quota, or account suspension.

10

Publishing and creator responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you publish, schedule, or distribute through Flow Batch Studio. Before publishing, you should review the final video, title, description, tags, chapters, thumbnails, disclosures, privacy setting, audience designation, copyright status, and any other required metadata.

If your content contains synthetic or altered media, you are responsible for making any disclosure required by YouTube or applicable law. Flow Batch Studio may provide fields or workflow support for disclosures, but does not determine your legal obligations for you.

11

Plans, fees and third-party costs

Where the Service or a connected provider charges fees, those fees will be presented through the applicable purchasing or provider flow. AI generation, media generation, storage, email, hosting, or publishing can involve third-party costs depending on the configuration.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, third-party charges are governed by the applicable provider's terms. We may change Service pricing or introduce paid features with appropriate notice where required.

12

Availability and changes

We work to keep Flow Batch Studio reliable, but the Service is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, models, workflows, limits, or integrations.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every provider, model, browser, device, or integration will work at all times. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, network failures, and changes outside our control can affect availability.

13

Security and responsible use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, another account, connected provider, database, storage system, worker, or internal API. Do not probe, scan, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.

If you discover a security issue, report it through the service's support/contact channel rather than exploiting it or exposing user information.

14

Intellectual property

The Flow Batch Studio software, interface, branding, logos, documentation, design, and underlying systems are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, frame, mirror, distribute, or create a competing derivative service from proprietary parts of Flow Batch Studio unless you have our written permission or applicable law expressly permits the activity.

15

Feedback

If you send suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, including to improve the product. We will not treat feedback alone as confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise.

16

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Batch Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated information, the availability or performance of third-party models, the legality or copyright status of generated content, or the outcome of publishing to YouTube or another platform.

17

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Batch Studio and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flow Batch Studio and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights through content you submit or publish.

19

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment where applicable, prolonged inactivity, or a material violation of these Terms.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination—such as intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions—will survive as permitted by law.

20

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law. If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith through the service's support/contact channel. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

If a specific governing-law or dispute forum is required for your jurisdiction, applicable mandatory law will control.

21

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Flow Batch Studio evolves. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22
