Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Flow Batch Studio account and associated personal information. Use the contact page and select “Privacy / data request,” or use an account deletion control when one is available in the Studio.

For security, we may verify that you control the account before completing a deletion request.

If you connected Google or YouTube, you can revoke Flow Batch Studio's access from your Google Account. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not necessarily delete information that was already stored by Flow Batch Studio.

To request deletion of stored Flow Batch Studio data associated with that connection, submit a deletion request. We will process it according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Depending on the account and feature set, deletion may cover profile information, account records, projects, scripts, creative styles, prompts, assets, production history, integration information, and other data associated with the account.

Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes where permitted or required. Retained information remains subject to applicable protections.

Deletion is not necessarily instantaneous across every backup, provider, or operational system. We may need reasonable time to complete deletion and propagate it through systems where applicable. We will not retain data longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purpose or a valid legal obligation.
